Can you ship to “x” Country?
We can only offer shipping to USA and Canada.
Hopefully, in the future we will be able to offer service to other countries, but are unable at this time. International shipments tend to be prohibitively expensive.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped the day after the order is received, and then will usually take an additional 3-6 business days to arrive to you. Please check “Shipping & Returns” for more details.
Do you accept Cryptocurrency for payment?
We cannot accept cryptocurrency payments at this time. We are looking to integrate this to our store as soon as possible!
Do you have “x” item for sale?
Our shop has all of our current inventory and is kept up to date daily.
We are continuously sourcing new, uniqure products, so if you are looking for something that isn’t listed, feel free to contact us.
Do you price-match?
We try to price our products similarly to our competitors, although sometimes you may find the same products for sale elsewhere for slightly cheaper. Normally, these ship from China with 30-60 day shipping time.
While we don’t offer price-matching, you can rest assured that all products are inspected and tested prior to shipping. Shop with confidence knowing that your order will arrive insanely fast, and in good working order.
We pride ourselves in offering the best customer service possible, in addition to helping customers work through any issues they may encounter while setting up our products. You wouldn’t get technical support from Amazon or other sites.
