Everything is brand new, except the for CPU - The CPU is used. Everything is tested good. I/O shield and SATA cables are included with the motherboard.

These motherboards ship in bulk packing, and do not include any type of "retail box". They will be packaged safely and securely in appropriate materials. (Anti static bags+foam+BubbleWrap)
